ZONE CONFERENCE JAN 24TH

 

We got up at 5:00 to meet the bus at 6:45 at Sheffield 2nd Ward. Everyone is relaxing before the bus arrived. It is good to get together and feel of their spirits even if everyone is tired. 

We stopped in Huddersfield to pick up the missionaries there. It was good to see Elder Simon, Elder Kiss, and Sister Hall.

 At lunch Sisters have to sit with the Senior Couples so there is a barrier between them and the Elders.

The mission honors the missionaries who have birthdays in the next few months. Elder Allen got "Lucky Charms". Elder Kiss charmed Elder Allen into giving him his "Lucky Charms." Maybe they are no so lucky after all

 AP's Elder Goodwin and Elder Esteves. Thumbs are for "We can do it."

Finally got to meet Sister Scott. Hers was the very first blog I found for the England Leeds Mission. She is from Mesa and knows our daughter Summer. We know her grandparents the Gerkos from Heber.

No I do not have my hand on Elder Thygerson shoulder. That was Elder Hillock. These are some of our favorite missionaries.
